When you are content with being a process and cease striving to become a finished product, the therapeutic journey has begun

Holistic Psychotherapy
Human beings operate from the heart, the mind and sometimes from a place beyond these. Holistic psychotherapy appreciates the fact that each of us constantly move from feeling in the heart, to thinking with our minds, sensing with our bodies and being aware and conscious at a much deeper level. A therapeutic endeavour has to honour this complex and rich human experience. This is what I strive to do as a holistic psychotherapist.
It takes courage and energy to make a change and a safe, trusting environment to be able to do it. I believe there is a sacred stubbornness within all of us, that which refuses to give up. Sometimes it feels like it’s all over, but It is this sacred stubbornness that brings one into a therapy room. I respect this stubborn spirit and invest in making it shine brighter.
I offer a blend of Buddhist thought inspired mindfulness based contemplative psychotherapy, along with the therapeutic properties of Bach flower remedies to help you make peace with yourself.
This option to integrate approaches offers a unique opportunity to unravel core issues gently . The therapies can be tailor-made, blended or not, to suit needs. In a safe, judgment-free environment, held together by core values of kindness and compassion, you will be able to address whatever that has been holding you.
Together, we will work to increase self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, and untie your inner knots to find more joy and meaning in life. Everything is geared towards helping you walk your own “middle path” to a more wholesome life.
The unique offering can empower you to bloom into a happier, more peaceful version of yourself.

What I can help with…
Anxiety and Depression are umbrella terms, harbouring complex emotional scenarios and experiences. Anger, confidence issues, motivation, exhaustion, fears and phobias, chronic shame, compulsions, substance abuse, self worth issues, trust and relationship issues are to name a few. A bigger umbrella term harbouring anxiety and depression is Trauma. I work with all the umbrellas big and small. CPTSD (complex PTSD),resulting from prolonged use, taking centre stage.
I am a certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC), domestic abuse, narcissistic abuse work remains close to my heart.
Lack of connection and belonging can manifest in many ways, including meaninglessness and existential crisis. This is everybody’s life’s work I believe and is an important piece of work I do.
